City Gate Marketplace is a master-planned retail, restaurant and commercial development. The shopping center features a 123,000 SF Fry’s Marketplace “anchor” with an associated fuel center, five retail shops ranging from 4,800 – 12,300 SF, and two restaurants.
The Olive Marketplace development included a new grocery store, a gas station, two retail outlots, and an urgent care facility pad. The development proposed to subdivide the parcel into eight lots, separating a 5 acre C-2 parcel to the west for future development. The project scope included parking, landscaping, utilities, and drainage improvements to convey runoff to the south end of the site.

The Canyon Crossroads commercial development includes an 123,000 SF Fry’s Marketplace, an associated fuel center, retail shops, and 3 restaurant pads. The development also consists of a 2,717 solar panel PowerParasol over the parking field.
The scope of the project included preliminary engineering document for a 12,000 SF expansion of the existing Fry's Retail marketplace with the addition of a single lane pharmacy drive-thru window.

The Fry's shopping center development included a 98,000 SF grocery store, a Fry's fuel center, retail shops, and restaurant outlots. The project also consisted of concrete and asphalt paving, utilities, stormwater collection, conveyance and retention system, landscaping, and site lighting.
This project entails the demolition of the existing Fry’s grocery store and ground-up construction of a new Fry’s Food & Drug facility. The footprint and structure of the two existing separate retail buildings on the property will remain, but will undergo refurbishments to the façade to complement the new Fry’s architectural aesthetics.
The project consisted of a 13,500 SF expansion to the grocery store on the north end of the building. This included the relocation of the existing pharmacy drive-thru. The east side was expanded by 2,088 SF, including relocation of a truck dock. A 9,451 SF expansion is planned for the south end of the building. This will include removal of an existing loading ramp and reduction of floor area currently associated with existing retail shops. Parking spaces, associated curbing, pavement, and landscaping were modified.

This new retail shopping center was a redevelopment of the former Lund Cadillac car dealership. The project consisted of an extensive rezoning process in which SEG lead the process by hosting several neighborhood outreach meetings, presenting the project at city hearings, and putting together reports and narratives for city approval. The completed commercial development included a 123,000 SF Fry's Marketplace, an associated fuel center and an outlot pad.
