SEG provided due diligence and preliminary engineering for a new offsite fuel center with a pre-manufactured kiosk, canopy, 9 fuel dispensers, and 2 underground fuel tanks.
The project consists of a new fuel center within an existing parking field of Fry's grocery store with a pre-manufactured kiosk, canopy, 7 fuel dispensers, and 2 underground fuel tanks. The project also consisted of improving pedestrian connectivity with a new sidewalk and ADA access.
This project consisted of taking over an existing fuel center facility and redevelop it as a new Fry’s Fuel Center. SEG provided architectural elevations and coordination between State, County and Local jurisdiction to replace 4 dispensers.

SEG hosted several neighborhood meetings and worked closely with neighborhood leaders to ensure the community's input was acknowledged. SEG prepared presentations and represented Fry's at city hearings. The completed project consisted of a new offsite fuel center including a pre-manufactured kiosk, canopy, 7 fuel dispensers, 2 underground fuel tanks and a new shade structure.
