With over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Steve personally ensures that Quality Assurance protocols are maintained on all SEG projects.  In his five years with SEG, Steve has worked on public, residential, industrial, automotive, and power generation projects.  During the document checking process, Steve performs Value Engineering reviews to ensure the most economical construction methods and materials are specified.  To maintain the highest quality and efficiency of design, Steve reviews all construction documents, specifications, reports, and correspondence prior to submittal to clients and reviewing agencies.

Steve’s personal philosophy and commitment to the highest quality standards has defined his role at SEG as a leader in acquiring, mentoring, and retaining talented staff to meet client needs and SEG goals.  He works in a committee environment with SEG staff to develop corporate standards and protocols throughout the project process.  Steve’s accessibility builds excellent client relationships through the design and construction processes.  He works closely with clients in project planning, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling.
