Lauren has a strong culinary background in restaurant management. She has worked for a diverse set of restaurants, and is a gifted chef and caterer. Her skills sets outside of the kitchen include strong organization, independent, excellent time management, and the ability to multi-task. During her time working in a office setting, she gained proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, scheduling, and office management tasks. She has furthered her professional skills at SEG gaining knowledge of the administrative components of land development projects.
