Eric joins SEG with over 20 years’ experience in land development. Eric has successfully provided the oversight and management skills necessary to effectively complete short-term and long-term multi-phased projects, achieve business growth and revenue objectives, and enhance positive municipal and community relationships.

Eric is especially skilled in the coordination of land-planning, entitlement, and community/neighborhood outreach, but with a wide and versatile expertise in all facets of development, including engineering review, estimating, contract negotiation and horizontal and vertical construction-management.

He is self-motivated, and results oriented with strong analytical, organizational, communicative and managerial skills. Readily adaptable to the dynamic working environments and team challenges that real estate development can create.
