As a professional Engineer for over 18 years, Ali has successfully managed the production of a variety of public and private projects in the western U.S.

Ali is committed to continual research and contributions to the LEED program in civil engineering applications. Ali reviews all specifications for environmentally friendly products, and his best management practices incorporate green alternatives. SEG considers natural solutions for erosion and dust control in design applications. Ali’s research includes economically feasible bio-solutions for treating storm water and grey water.  Ali founded SEG based on the principle “LEEDing and Developing Smart Projects.”

As Principal and Project Manager, Ali has successfully managed the production of many hydraulic/hydrology projects, public roadway projects, and land development projects in Arizona for both Maricopa County and State of Arizona Transportation Departments’ on-call engineering contracts.  Ali requires value engineering at the start of all projects to ensure successful realization of budget and timeline goals. He determines, monitors and reviews costs, operational budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements for project teams.
