Lucien has more than four years of experience in trade coordination on national and international projects.  His technical articles on utility management and asset maintenance are published in nationally recognized journals, providing advanced analysis on soil composition and its impact on material.  His recent research includes Alternative Project Delivery Methods and assessment of the legal process, overall cost, and risk.

At SEG, Lucien works as a key part of the Architecture department in Site Planning Investigation as well as Fuel Center Management & Design. Currently leading the efforts in our Dallas office.
