The Phoenix Seminary expansion consisted of an addition to the existing chapel. The addition included 3 classrooms, a bathroom, and a stand-alone library. Parking lot islands were revised to reflect the new building locations.
The project consisted of an expansion to the existing 6,000 SF Shepherd of the Valley Church. The building expansion included a total of 2,742 SF consisting of multi-purpose room of 1,421 SF, two 320 SF offices, and a 213 SF storage space. The scope also included ten additional parking spaces, and outdoor courtyard landscaping.
The project consisted of a parking lot expansion located at the southeast corner of the property. The project also included associated grading and underground storage to replace the open retention basin.
